Challenge:
Musr had promising, unique design drafts, but lacked consistency and scalability needed for future growth.

Process:
I audited existing elements, identified inconsistencies, and collaborated with a small but strongly bonded team (designer, devs, founder, marketing) to define and document design decisions, eventually forming a component-based design system.
